WORKSHOPS of HORMONE YOGA – schedule

 

Hormone Yoga is therapeutic and is based in physiology. The asanas are dynamic, with very strong pranayamas to massage and reactivate the endocrine glands. It also uses the Tibetan Energy Technique to reinforce the results. Regular practice is helping to harmonize the hormonal system and consequently eliminating the symptoms of low hormone levels.

Retreats – days full of fusion from motion

Yin Yoga is slow and static, focuses on holding postures for a longer period of time (3-5 minutes) while muscles are relaxed and joints are exercised to their full range of motion. Poses apply moderate stress to the connective tissues of the body with the aim of increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility. The practice offers mental and emotional benefits and improves energy flow.

Yoga & Core strengthen your core and focus on your mind. Yoga & Core combines the strengthening of the midsection with the expansion of the entire body. Different techniques from the Pilates and the functional training are used to stabilize the center “Core”. The Asanas are long-lasting with aids especially for the legs and the back. The course is the perfect mixture to strengthen the stomach and the back while giving the body length and flexibility. 

Pilates (mat work) is a system of exercises designed to improve physical strength, flexibility and good posture, muscular endurance, coordination, balance, and enhance your mental awareness.

Barre (workout) is energizing and challenging, it’s a full-body workout at the “Ballet Bar” (called “Barre”) with equipment such as mini-balls or bands to shape and stretch the entire body. Dynamic workouts are helping to sculpt arms and legs, shape your butt, define your abs, improve your posture and decrease stress levels. Immediately afterward all intensive workouts we do stretching to get a longer structure and help the body to provide a more female definition.

Barre-Yoga is a perfect mix of Barre workout and Yoga, to strengthen the muscle corset while giving the body length and mobility. Dynamic exercises from Barre training associated with the movement precision and harmonization of body and mind in Yoga. Muscles and ligaments are stretched and strengthened, improving the mobility of your spine and joints.

Cardio-Barre is a mix of Barre workout exercises and Cardio elements. The first part of the training is used to increase the heart beat, burn calories by dynamic exercises at the bar and on the mat by which the metabolism is effectively excited. The second part of the training is continued with Barre exercises to firm the butt, narrow the hips and tone the core. Another important part of the class is the stretching at the bar or on the mat to increase flexibility and mobility.
