Welcome to YOGA FOR JOY 

English speaking Yoga classes and Hormone Yoga workshops in Munich, Prague or anywhere around the globe.

My name is Radka – a certified Hatha Yoga & Meditation teacher (RYS 200 with Yoga Alliance), certified teacher of Hormone Yoga Therapy by Dinah Rodrigues and Yin Yoga teacher. I’ve got more then 600 hours of experience of qualified lessons/teacher trainings and workshops in Vinyasa, Hatha, Hormone Yoga, Yoga Therapy and Yin Yoga. I am also certified Pilates instructor (mat workout) and Barre workout instructor.

My classes are energetic and focused on the rhythm of the breath and on a proper body alignment. Linking breath and movement through a postures and exercises. The continuous flow deepens breathing, stimulate the body energy and increases endurance.

Regular practice of Yoga (or another fitness activity) increases the lung capacity, flexibility, strength, ability to handle stress, and achieve an overall sense of well being. The practice also decreases problems with breathing, digestion and blood pressure. It eliminates stress and tension, helps to balance emotions, sharpen the intellect and brings balance and harmony to your mind.
