Yoga is for everyone. Forget about your age. Forget about your fitness level. Let go of your preconceived notions of what yoga is about. It’s a non-competitive, personal and enjoyable activity that can produce truly amazing results. If you want to relax and become balanced, centered and calm, Yoga will lead you there.
Hormone Yoga Hormones Yoga is therapeutic and is based in physiology. The asanas are dynamic, with very strong pranayamas to massage and reactivate the glands. It also uses the Tibetan Energy Technique to reinforce the results. Regular practice is helping to harmonize the hormonal system and consequently eliminating the symptoms of low hormone levels.
Yoga flow The word ‘yoga’ means in Sanskrit ‘union’ – the union of mind, body and spirit – the union between us and the intelligent cosmic spirit of creation – ‘The Oneness of all Things’. The word ‘flow’ means to ‘move smoothly with unbroken continuity’. The continuous flow deepens breathing, stimulates the body energy and increases endurance. Yoga Flow means to me linking breath and movement through a sequence of sun salutations and asanas. Come to join my classes, connect the breath with the movement and try to achieve the ultimate aim of yoga – to bring the body, mind and spirit into balance and harmony.
Yoga & Core Strengthen your core and focus on your mind. Yoga & Core combines the strengthening of the midsection with the expansion of the entire body. Different techniques from the Pilates and the functional training are used to stabilize the center “Core”. The Asanas are long-lasting with aids especially for the legs and the back. The course is the perfect mixture to strengthen the stomach and the back, while giving the body length and flexibility.
Yoga for Men The selection of asanas during the classes is based on the male anatomy. It is practiced with straps and blocks to allow each participant to reach the positions. The asanas are slowed down and held longer, so that particularly shortened areas can get involved. Above all, running and cycling, but also many hours in the office, let the tendons and tissue shorten. This creates pain, but also a limited ability of the individual. Through body-emphasized Yoga with a relaxation phase to the end, an improvement is felt for the participant. Tensions and stress are sustainably reduced and help to achieve more serenity in everyday life.
